Campground Policies


Your camping experience begins when you make a reservation. Our campground policies in Orford, NH, are designed to protect both you as the camper and us as the campground. Before making a booking, it's important that you read and understand our reservation and cancellation policies.


Cancellation Policies

Holiday Week Cancellations

Holiday weeks include Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

  • All holiday week cancellations require a minimum of 14 days' notice before arrival date.
  • There is a three-night minimum stay for all holiday weeks.
  • You will not be charged if you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date.
  • Cancellations and no-shows with less than 14 days' notice will result in full charges for the reservation with no refunds. (For example, if you reserve for three nights, you will be charged for three nights.)

Standard Cancellations (Non-Holiday Week)

  • All standard cancellations require a minimum of seven days' notice before arrival date.
  • There is no charge if you cancel at least seven days before your arrival date.
  • Standard cancellations with less than seven days' notice will be charged a minimum of one-night site rental for each site reserved. (For example, if you cancel three days before arrival and had two nights reserved, you will be charged a one night fee.)
  • No-shows will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

Good Behavior Policy

If any guests are behaving in a disorderly or unsafe manner, you will be asked by management to leave. If you persist, we will contact 9-1-1.
